Beta version ยท last updated October 2026.

These are practical beta terms for early access, not a substitute for legal review. They should be reviewed by counsel before paid commercial launch or material expansion.

Beta access

Eligible users may create a 30-day free-trial workspace. No payment card is required for the beta trial. Ask BankCFO may modify, extend, suspend, or discontinue beta access while the product is being developed. Continued paid access and pricing have not yet been finalized.

Permitted use

You may use Ask BankCFO for lawful internal evaluation and bank-finance analysis. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for determining whether your institution permits use of the service.

Public-data analytical tool

Ask BankCFO is an independent analytical application using public FDIC and FFIEC information and user-selected assumptions. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the FDIC or FFIEC. Outputs are decision-support information and do not replace official regulatory filings, accounting records, legal advice, regulatory advice, investment advice, or professional judgment.

Data and confidentiality

Core analytics are designed around public regulatory data. Some optional inputs remain browser-local. Do not submit confidential or restricted information unless your institution has approved the applicable workflow and you understand the data path described in the Security & Trust Center and Privacy Notice.

Availability and beta changes

The beta may contain errors, incomplete features, changing calculations, or temporary interruptions. Features and data mappings may change as they are validated. Material analytical calculations should be independently reviewed before being relied upon for a filing, board decision, transaction, or other consequential action.

Feedback

You may submit suggestions and issue reports through the Contact page. Feedback may be used to improve the product, provided that Ask BankCFO will not claim ownership of your institution's underlying confidential information.

Intellectual property

The application, software, branding, interface, and original product materials remain the property of their respective owner(s). Public FDIC and FFIEC data remains subject to the terms and status applicable to those public sources.

Account suspension

Access may be suspended for security concerns, abuse, unlawful activity, attempts to interfere with the service, or material violation of these beta terms.
